26 July 2007, High Wycombe, United Kingdom: Loyalist Certification Services (LCS) have become an ITIL® accredited Examination Institute headquartered in North America under a new contract with The APM Group Ltd (APMG). Their new status also means a place on the ITIL v3 Qualifications Board for LCS Director Julia Chapelle.
For the past six years, LCS has processed all of EXIN's ITIL exams across the North American continent. To date LCS has processed over 105,000 ITIL exams. The new contract with APMG allows LCS to work as an independent examination institution, allowing them greater flexibility in their role.

ITSM stakeholders will benefit from LCS being a voice at the table that is knowledgeable about the North American market.
