APM Group exhibits at itSMF Conference
APM Group will be exhibiting at the Annual itSMF Conference & Exhibition, as part of the Best Management Practice Partnership (with our partners the Office of Government Commerce and TSO). This years Conference and Exhibition will be themed 'Driving Real Value' and will be held at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole on the 10th - 12th November 2008.
The main aim of the Conference and Exhibition is to get like minded IT Service Management professionals together to share their experiences, develop their understanding of service management and gain a better knowledge of how implementation of Best Practice within their organisation will increase their understanding of processes and procedures.
